The land is set out surrounding the house with many wooded terraces reflecting the nature of the Languedoc setting but with a portion of flatter garden bordering the stream accommodating several different areas for eating as well as the swimming-pool area. The present pool is of above ground type and measures 7m by 3.50m.
There is plenty of room for construction of alternative pools. There are several timber stores & greenhouse towards the end of the land.
The garden is a beautiful natural landscape enhanced by established shrubs, trees, many rare ferns and is a haven for the wildlife abundant in this natural park, has been well-tended where possible and has independent riverwater storage facilities for ecological hose-watering & filling the pool .
