In Village - Indre - Centre
Perassay is in the Indre(region 36), Val De Loire,Centre. It is a typical French village with all local ammenities. Small shop with fresh bread delivered at noon each day, bar/restaurant,post office/bank, primary school, village hall, large picnic area with benches, football pitch, a school bus to secondary school picks up in the village. Plenty of other small villages around and in walking distance, with designated walks mapped out if you like to explore the countryside and lovely views.
Paris is 3 hours away and Le Harve is 5 hours away by car. There are 2 airports within 1.5-2 hours drive away. Chateauroux is 50 mins and has a main train station. The village has a bus service. A gorgeous view to wake up to. The 2 double bedrooms are front facing (14x14'6) and only need decorating.
Attached to the side of the house is the workshop and loft (both 24'2x15'10) which has electricity and would be ideal for a conversion for renting. Behind the workshop is the outbuildings (15'11x26'2) and beside that is the garage (16'x21') with double doors and drive with double gates..
